HOW DOES SHIPMENT TRACKING WORK? A SIMPLE GUIDE
Once your shipment leaves our office, you will want to know exactly where it is. Shipment tracking makes that possible. Here is a simple look at how it works and how to read the updates you see.
It starts with your AWB number
Every shipment we book gets a unique AWB (Air Waybill) / tracking number. You will find it on your receipt. This number links your parcel to every scan it receives on its journey.
Every step is scanned
Your shipment is scanned at each key point — pickup, our hub in Kathmandu, departure, transit hubs, arrival in the destination country, customs and final delivery. Each scan instantly updates the tracking record.
Common tracking statuses explained
- Booked / Picked up – we have received your shipment
- In transit – it is moving between hubs or countries
- Arrived at destination – it has reached the destination country
- Customs clearance – it is being processed by customs
- Out for delivery – the local partner is delivering it today
- Delivered – it has been handed to the receiver
How to track your Pacific shipment
Enter your AWB number in the Track Your Shipment box on our website to see the latest status in real time. If an update looks delayed, don’t worry — international hubs and customs can take time to scan. Our support team is always happy to check for you.
